Update to Where Am I: New Commanding Officer of the 83rd Precinct:

We have a new commanding officer at the 83rd - his name is Sergio Centa, and he's been in charge of the Brooklyn Heights precinct, the 84th - his career seems to follow Tolentino. Gonna be a little change of pace from guarding the scooters in Dumbo. Maybe he'll be less likely to harass local music venues and then brag about it on twitter.
